Ginger Beef Stir-Fry & Couscous
This meal is best prepared as suggested
Step 1: Preheat medium to large size skillet on stove top and add approximately 1 tbsp of cooking oil to pan.
Step 2: Remove beef and vegetables from packaging and cook in skillet until beef is cooked and vegetables are tender but still a little firm
Step 3: Bring 1-2 cups of water to a boil and add in couscous. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover and cook couscous until tender. Drain off any remaining water.
Step 4: Plate and enjoy!
