Cider Glazed Chicken with Roasted Butternut Squash & Apple

This chicken is best prepared in the oven. Cook chicken thighs a little longer for tender results.

Cider Glazed Chicken with Roasted Butternut Squash & Apple
  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  • Step 2: Remove contents of chicken package into a baking dish or pan and place in the oven. Cover the chicken and bake  for approximately 30 minutes, until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165 degrees 

  • Step 3: Uncover the chicken and spoon some of the glaze in the pan back over the chicken and cook for another 10 -15 minutes 

  • Step 4: Remove apples and squash from packaging and bake for approximately 25 minutes until squash is tender

  • Step 5: Plate and enjoy!
