Buffalo Cauliflower and Potato Wedges

Buffalo Cauliflower and Potato Wedges
  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 450 degrees

  • Step 2: Place potatoes on baking sheet and bake in oven until tender

  • Step 3: Place cauliflower batter into bowl and dip cauliflower pieces into batter, shaking off any excess batter 

  • Step 4:  Place battered cauliflower onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking or or lined with parchment paper and bake for aproximately 10 minutes. Turn pieces over with a fork or spatuchula and bake for another 10 minutes

  • Step 5: Coat cauliflower with buffalo sauce and bake again for another 5 minutes

  • Step 6: Remove from oven and enjoy fresh !
