Steps

  • Step 1: In a medium to large size pot on add ~½ tbsp of oil and on stove top and empty contents of lentils package  

  • Step 2: Add to the pot the contents of the tomatoes and broth and bring to a boil.  

  • Step 3: Reduce heat and simmer for approximately 20 minutes  

  • Step 4: Add in the continents of the chard and cook until lentils and chard are tender  

  • Step 5: Plate in a bowl, with bread if desired, and enjoy!
