Baked Curried Chicken, Yellow Rice & Cabbage


  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees 

  • Step 2: Bring (2 cups if half size; 4 cups if full size) of water to a boil 

  • Step 3: Remove contents of chicken package into a baking dish or pan and place in the oven. Bake chicken for approximately 35-45 minutes. Until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165 degrees 

  • Step 4: Empty contents of rice package into pot of boiling water. Stir and let simmer for approximately 20 minutes 

  • Step 5: Heat a medium pan a add approimately 1 tbsp of oil. Add in contents of cabbage with seasoning. Sautee until tender

  • Step 6: Plate and Enjoy!
